The NWWSA is proud to again partner with NW Water Sports to present a Wakesurf Clinic this summer, July 26-28 on Lake Sammamish. The classes are $120/hr. and each one-hour slot can be split between up to two riders; with room for an additional guest spectator.
This year, classes will be taught by a different instructor each day. All consistently rank among the top three in national and international wakesurf competitions.
July 26 (Tues.) - Keenan Flegal: Keenan is an Inland Surfer team rider. Keenan rips it up skim style. If you are up for learning 360s, shove-its, grabs, you name it, or if you just want to learn how to ride … Keenan can help bring it!
July 27 (Wed.) - Caroline Villeneuve: Caroline shreds it up skim style. She has her own wakesurf school in Canada, H2O School, so she has both the technical and teaching skills.
July 28 (Thurs.) - Chase Hazen: Chase is a Shred Stixx team rider. Chase rides surf style, so sign up fast if you are interested in learning surf style or honing your existing surf skills.
Once registered, we will be sending you an email with details confirming your lesson slot(s), relevant information and logistics and time for where to meet for your lesson. No refunds will be provided.
For those riders wanting to learn and land new tricks and up your wakesurf skills, book as many hours as you can! This is a GREAT deal and should not be passed up. Registered riders will have an opportunity to run the competition course using towboats provided by NW Water Sports in advance of the NWWSA 3rd Annual Competition (July 29-31).
